1. Agreement, covered entities, and authorized access
These Terms apply to the EZWAY Delivery website and Team Portal. “EZWAY” means EZWAY Delivery and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities, as applicable. By electronically accepting the portal agreement, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. Portal access is limited to active, authorized users. You may use only your own account and may not share a verification code, authenticated session, device access, or credentials.
2. Permission boundaries
You may open and use only the pages, records, and functions made available to your account and only for assigned EZWAY duties. The appearance of information in a browser does not authorize broader access, disclosure, extraction, or use. You must not attempt to bypass permissions, access another person’s records, test security without written authorization, scrape data, reverse engineer protected systems, or interfere with portal operation.
3. Confidentiality; no unauthorized copying or sharing
Nonpublic portal content is confidential EZWAY information. Unless an expressly authorized workflow or prior written permission from EZWAY or its legal department allows it, you must not disclose, forward, publish, reproduce, photograph, screenshot, screen-record, copy, print, download, remove, or use portal content outside the portal or outside your assigned job duties. You must not allow another person to view confidential content over your shoulder or through screen sharing.
Technical controls such as watermarks and print restrictions are deterrents and do not reduce your obligation to comply. Suspected loss, disclosure, or unauthorized access must be reported promptly. Violations may result in loss of access and other action consistent with company policy and applicable law.
4. Ownership and business records
EZWAY owns or licenses the website and portal software, branding, design, compilations, reports, and other protected content. Third-party material remains the property of its respective owner. To the extent permitted by law, work product created within the scope of assigned duties and work-related messages, uploads, acknowledgments, attachments, call records, and voicemail created or received through EZWAY systems are company business records controlled by EZWAY.
Submitting personal information does not eliminate privacy or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. You grant EZWAY the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, reproduce, disclose internally, preserve, and use submitted content for the legitimate operational, employment, safety, training, compliance, security, and legal purposes described in the Privacy Notice.
5. Lawful and appropriate use
You may not use the website, portal, communications tools, or assistant for unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, infringing, unsafe, or malicious activity. You may not upload malware or unlawful content, impersonate another person, falsify records, conceal required information, or use EZWAY systems for outside commercial or personal campaigns.
6. Electronic communications and signatures
You consent to conduct portal transactions electronically. Selecting an acceptance button, typing your name, submitting a form, or acknowledging a record may constitute your electronic signature and may be retained with the applicable document version, time, confirmed phone number, and audit evidence. Contact management if you need an accessible copy or cannot use the electronic workflow.
7. EZWAY Team Communications program
Selecting “Text me a security code” on the Team Portal sign-in page requests and authorizes one automated authentication text at the number entered. Message and data rates may apply. This one-time request does not enroll you in recurring EZWAY Team Communications and does not authorize marketing.
After the number is successfully verified, first-time users are presented with a separate, unchecked communications-consent box. By affirmatively selecting that box and electronically signing the agreement, you confirm that the number is yours or that you are authorized to use it and authorize EZWAY to send recurring operational SMS/MMS messages and place operational calls at that number. Messages may concern scheduling, dispatch, routes, scorecards, safety, training, attendance, incidents, corrective actions, reminders, and two-way support. Message frequency varies based on work activity; message and data rates may apply. Consent to consumer marketing is not requested and is not a condition of employment.
Reply STOP to stop SMS/MMS, START to resume, or HELP for help. After opting out, contact management to arrange another way to receive required work communications. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. The current portal tracks communication content and delivery events, call metadata, attachments, and voicemail; it does not automatically record live call audio.
8. Assistant responses
An EZWAY assistant may provide general guidance based on its approved context. Responses may be incomplete or mistaken and are not legal, medical, payroll, human-resources, or safety determinations. Verify consequential instructions with an authorized manager. Do not ask the public assistant to reveal or process confidential portal information.
9. Availability and changes
The website and portal are provided for business convenience and may be changed, suspended, or unavailable. EZWAY may revise these Terms, permissions, features, and retention practices subject to applicable law. A materially revised authenticated-user agreement will require renewed acceptance.
10. Enforcement, governing law, and contact
EZWAY may preserve records, investigate suspected violations, restrict access, and take appropriate action consistent with company policy, contracts, and applicable law. These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of Missouri, without limiting rights that cannot legally be waived.
